Today's the day!
Ok, I don't have to be at work for another hour and half, and I'm ready dressed in my brand new spiffy supervisor shirt. ^_^ But you know what the odd thing is? Even though I now have the title, and the shirt, it still does not feel like I got the promotion...you know? Its very wierd.
I think a lot of it because I've been wearing the little 'worker bee' shirt for so long, that it is normal for me, not the blue shirt of the supervisor.
I did find some fun ties though at Goodwill. One with Bugs bunny and one with wine and grapes on it. It would be more suited for an Italian restaurunt, but the two ties only cost me $4! So I'm thinking maybe I should hit that place a bit more often to look for some odd ties. I am kicking myself though for not picking up a Micky tie that was on sale last time I was in FL...but oh well.
Wish me luck! I'm so excited and nervous!
