Get me out of here, it's COLD!!
For anyone who may care a smige about me or this diary, pray that I go to Florida. I'm going to end up freezing to death before 'winter' offically starts. Yes, folks, winter has come to the great state of potatos. As I speak it is in the low 20s and I think it 'peeked' today at 38. I have the heat on just enough to keep things from freezing (aka: pipes and the fish tanks) but not enough to be comfortable. So unless I want to shell out $50 a month just for heating, then the heat has got to stay low.
In about an hour I get to register for classes, how fun is that? What? Wait? Didn't I just say I wanted to be in sunny 75-85 degree Florida? Well, as much as I would love to be their right now, considering the temperature and I had to scrap ice off my car before driving home tonight, I need to be registered for classes in case I don't get my internship. I know I said I was going to take a semester off even if I didn't get the job, but its better to keep plugging along then get set back even more. So that is were I stand right now.
Then again, I could only take 12 credits and be considered full time and still have a fun filled, stressed out semester. If I went with that route, I would take a bio class (4 credits), Organic chem (4) and then a history class (3) for fun. Maybe a class that would go towards my minor, but I think when I throw in lab three days a week that would kill any other class options. The joys of being a college studnet. Again, I really want to go to Florida.
So what else have I been up too lately? Well, nothing exciting. Right now, I'm taking a quick break from studying. I have a test and a quiz tomorrow both back to back. Not a happy camper about that either...same with the rest of the class. It also didn't help that I lost almost two hours of study time thanks to a headach. I did not have and meds. on me and I was facing the option of going home and getting some and then leaving again, or I could stay where I was. Finally, it got so back I caved and when to the gas station instead and bought some Motrin IB. It didn't work that great, since the headach is alreadying coming back and that was about three hours ago that I took that stuff. I think I will stick with my trusty Kickland Brand (aka: Costco brand) meds. At least I know that stuff workes.
Well, enough of the procrastanation. I've already waisted too much time and that is what I am running out of. I wish I could say I was at the point of 'reviewing' but I'm kind of at the point of 'learning'. So...yeah...won't be pretty either way. And this is for the test, haven't even looked at the 'quiz' stuff. @_@
