Happy Trails
Well this is a surprise, isn't it? That it is. My mom and I have been on the road of two days now and we will be starting our thrid very soon. Currently, I'm sitting in a Comfort Inn in Wyoming having breakfast and writing this entry. Not bad if I do say so myself.
The weather conditions for the rest of our trip will be a mix of rain and dry spots but is due to change thanks to the wonderful stormsystem sweaping across California. On that note, are you ok Ian? I heard the LA area was hit with four tornatos yesterday. Crazy!
Anyway, I must end this. We have finished with breakfast and need to make a stop a Schucks for a wiper blad. -_-* My stupid fault actually, but after driving behind semis for most of the trip and streaking mud all over the place, it would be nice to see. So we won't actually be on the road until 9-ish Wyoming/Mountain time. Speaking of Mountains, we will be crossing over the Rockies sometime today as well. That will be an adventure.
Oh! Anyone who has played Oregon Trail,(probably the first computer game most were exposed to in their youth), we have been following that oh so forgotten trail since Sountern Idaho. The funny part about it, I've been to the end of the Trail in Baker City, OR and I think we will end up in St. Louis, Missouri the beginning of the trail. Very interesting if you think about.
At any rate, if I stumble into another 'free' computer, I will make another entry. Until then, know that I am well and so far having safe travels.
