12:57 p.m. - 22 June 2005 Before I continue any further though, I would like to point out that I have no clue what-so-ever as to whythere are links the lead no where in my last entry for the words "home" aand "computer". I checked the entry where you can edit them, and no links can be found. The html coding was for the paragraphs breaks. Yes I have returned from the sunny state of Florida and have spent that last few days sitting around doing NOTHING. Oh, I've done a few things here and there, but as far as doing the things I need to do? not so much. For example: packing. I need to pack and sort and find my things to move back up to Moscow in July. Have I started doing that? Nope. I've found boxes with my name on them, but I don't know what is in them. That is the extent of my packing. In other news my best friend will be getting married in July and stupidly said 'sure! I'll be the maid of honor', not knowing exactly what that ment. So in some random conversation over the phone we had while I was in Florida, she tells me I need to plan a bridal shower. Now two things are important for this. I'm no expert on this whole getting married thing, but the few brides I have known, could not stop talking about their wedding. I spent six days in a car with this girl and still know nothing about the wedding except what color the flowers will be. Is it me, or is this a bit odd? Not to mention, she really doesn't talk that much about the guy she will be marrying. So needless to say, I'm not totally confident in this wedding. Let's see...packing, wedding...oh yes, the drive back. So like I said, my friend and I drove back to the wheat fields of Idaho and it took six days to do that. We were crammed into my little '94 Ford Escort with the car filled to over flowing. Not a fun trip. We did however make a few stops along the way, just to shake things up a bit. In Gerogia, we stopped at the Jefferson Davis Memorial and capture site. We took a pretty little drive down a Georgia back road to find the memorial. It was a nice stop and allowed to get out and streach our legs for some time before heading back to the interstate. We missed the Jack Danielle's Distillary in Tennessee...twice. My mom and I stopped on they way down to Florida, but it was closed that day and Tammy and I were not paying attention to road signs when we realized we had passed it some 40 miles back. Oh well. We then stopped in St. Louis, MO to see the famous Arch. I do have to say, it was quite impressive and I took some pretty amazing photos as well. A couples hours further nother, and at stop in St. Josph, MO to visit the Pony Espress Musium. It thought it was pretty neat and learned a few things I didn't know before about the American west. I love history but my favorit time frame is 1860s, which includes the Pony Espress and the Civil War. Anyway...we were planning to head to Yellowstone and spend a day there. We chickened out though and were ready to go home after we stopped in Sidney, Nebraska to see the Cabailla's store. 20 hours later, we were in Boise, ID. The next day we were home in time for dinner. Talk about perfect timing. Now you can see why I really have not had the motivation to start on the whole packing/moving thing again. Today I'm also suppose to get fitted for the bridesmaids dress that I have idea what color it is. So it will be a surprise to me. Did I mention I don't like wearing dresses? Lots of changes are coming and I have no clue what they will mean for me. I know I need to start looking for a real job so when I'm done with school I will having something else to put on my resume other then Arby's and Disney. Wish me luck with that, because I have no clue what-so-ever what I'm going to do once I'm finished with school. I know I want out of food service and I want a job that will make me happy, so there has to be something out there. The stomach is growling so I should go and find food. I'll up date more often now that I'm home with a computer. ~*~Dream Dancer~*~
