I live!!
Guess what?? I LIVE!!
Yes, that is correct folks. I live. Yes, I know I have not updated this place in awile. I won't even bother to make any excuses. But I actually have stuff to write about!
So for starters, I'll just say that I spent Valentines Day at work. If you want to know how I feel about this holiday, you can reference some of my past entries on the subject. BUT I would like to say thank you to a friend of mine who sent me flowers the weekend before. I never get flowers for anything. When I was in theater, I never got flowers. I never get flowers for my birthday or anything. So the flowers were really nice and they still look really good too. My roomy just commented on them and she's even impressed with how great they loook still. And its been a week so far!
Secondly, its FREEZING COLD!! Last week it was something like 40-50 and then woke up yesterday morning to a cold warning. "Guess what people? It will be a high of 20 today and tonight it will 3 then tomorrow it won't be any better" or something like that. Saddly, the stupid weather people where right >.<
I don't know how long this will last, but I'm hoping just this weekend so I can go out and start riding my bike some more. I pulled it out of storage last week and was riding to classes but with the snow on the ground and wind chill...it really is not the best. Yeah, I know I can throw on a few more layers of clothes but...I'm lazy ^_^*
Let me see....flowers...cold..oh yeah! My betta!
So I've had a betta fish since I've been in college. My first two betta's have gone the way, this was while I was in FL mind you. So when I came back I naturally had to get another better. Well this guy was looking kind of sickly last month so I started to look around for an actual aquarium for him. In the mean time I was adding medicen to his water and changing it often.
After many hours at the pet store and comparing prices and looking at other fishes to with my betta I decided he only needed a little tank for himself. Other tank buddies would stress him out too much. So now he has a little tank (~2 gals) with bubbles and everything. He's looking better then he did last week and he has only been in the tank for about four days.
Anyway, I just wanted to give an update and remind people that I live.
